After watching the short version, had really high expectations for the full version of LANDS Bandage .

This SERIOUSLY does not disappoint .

Useless post, but I'm pissed because Tae Yang's peformance on Music Bank sucked .

Like really really sucked .

It was that bad .

As a VIP, I'm usually really supportive of ALL the members but that was . . .

HORRIBLE !

Tae Yang could do so much better ! I mean, come ON ! Inkigayo was fantastic !

Pissed because I rushed back home to catch his performance only to discover some CRAP ?!

GEMALA 2009  
Gemala 2009 is finally out ~

Really proud .




Today, the fifth formers finally received their copies of Gemala . Seeing everyone flipping through a school magazine, that the Editorial Board produced, evoked such happy feelings in me . Getting good comments further enhanced the experience .

Just wanted to dedicate this post, to the people who made it possible .
  1. Yao Cherng - My brilliant sub-editor ! Thanks for all the support you have showered on me throughout the year . Even when I was extremely pissed, you constantly helped to shoulder the burden, and it made the hard times bearable . Thanks for always being there for me, and giving great ideas on how to improve the magazine . Although, you do not need to always nag me to reduce the cost of the magazine (:
  2. Nadira - My sweet sub-editor ! Thanks for the help with some areas of the magazine and bossing people around when I couldn't handle the workload . And yes, Pahang (:
  3. Annie - You are awesome ! You were literally, the glue that held the team together . Thanks for all the laughs ! Great job !
  4. Syazana - Haha ! When we were flipping through the magazine, we were like, apasal got so many BM articles one ?! Haha ! Thanks to you, awesome Head of BM Department ! You never procastinated and always carried out every task with such dedication . Hats off to you . Thanks for putting in truckloads of effort to make the magazine a success !
  5. Jessie - Yes, I am going to Korea ! See you there (: And yes, your English is fantastic, so stop belittling me .
  6. Hui Wen - Sweet girl . Thanks for editing the Chinese articles . And yes, I can play the yoyo .
  7. Pratiba - Thanks for the Tamil articles . Really appreciate them .
  8. Wan Jun - Pushy little . . . Heh . Awesome job in getting advertisements . The peanuts at the back page . . . Thanks for always talking to me and understanding what I'm going through .
  9. Asyiqin - Ah Long ~ Collecting money ain't easy, huh ? And thanks for constantly being the supplier .
  10. Zhui Mun - My baby, your boss (: Hey girl, you really have been my backbone since we joined Gemala together last year . Thanks a lot kay, for all the times you listened to my problems and offered solutions . Your responsible attitude is a sight to behold, really respect you for that . Don't worry too much kay ?
  11. Harris - Yes, your pictures are beautiful . I'll admit that . Thanks for trying your hardest to give beautiful pictures to the magazine . Also, thanks for listening to my crap when I'm depressed . And I'm always your boss (:
  12. Akmal - Last, but DEFINITELY not least . Thanks. . . for everything . For all the late nights and the constant crapping . I know it hasn't been easy on you, and I'm really grateful that you stuck through with it till the end . Really appreciate having you in my team . Your designs are gorgeous, simply fabulous . Know you got a kick from hearing people say that (: Thank you .
I am really grateful for the opportunity to work with you all (: You've made my job a delightful one . Thanks for giving me the trust and support to be the Editor of Gemala 2009 . It has been a great journey . Whenever you are feeling down in the future, take out this magazine, and remember that you played a part in making it a success .

Also, a huge thanks to Mr. Jacob, who was more than a teacher advisor, he was a friend . Also, thank you to the whole Editorial Board team of 2009, who were such a joy to work with . We got sunburned together .

Thanks to En. Mothar, Mr. Rudy and Pn. Zaharah for their opinions on the magazine . Thanks to Pn Sulo, and the teacher advisors of each department for spending time to go through the magazine despite their busy schedule . Thanks especially to Mr. Tan and Mr. Sri (: who put up with my lepaking in the computer lab . Their ears will never be the same again .

Gemala is out and it was a real touching moment when I saw Subang Utamarians reading something, that my team produced .

Came back home to discover that Wedding Dress has been released .

Really awesome . Hats off to Tae Yang .

He never ceases to amaze me.

EFF, THAT WAS INTENSE !

2PM IS BACK !

Though you can DEFINITELY feel the empty spot there, without Jay, the song, and the whole music video . . .

1 word: EPIC !

The video is EFFING AWESOME ! It evokes all sorts of emotions and is SO DAMN INTENSED !

I nearly forgot to breathe. . .

They look hot, as always . Really digging their new concept, eventhough I can't recognise them yet .

The choreography is TIGHT ! The pyramid part. . .

Really great music video . They managed to capture the whole 90s feel that the movie Bandage is all about .

Jin's voice is SUPERB ! As always .

arashi my girl  

Finally, the only song I like from Arashi since Believe .

The other singles are like crappy .

I really like the video . It's really touching once you understand it ,

Basically, Arashi members play brothers in this video  (:

Lucky mum, able to produce 5 hot sons .

Their mum, unfortunately, has passed away, and they are getting ready to move house . That's why you see Jun, Sho and Nino writing their names in the layout of the rooms in the new house . Ahahaha . Jun, you're the youngest. You deserve the smallest room, NOT THE BIGGEST ROOM !

So, they are all packing to move out with their daddy, when smart Aiba finds a letter from their mother . . .

You were born as our children, and one day you should grow up and move out to do what it is you love to do.
When that day comes, go. I'll be watching over you from this house.

And then, they decide not to move out . Jun even messages his dad about their decision not to move out .

Really touching music video . . .

The only thing I don't agree with is Jun's hair . It looks creepy .

Nino looks fab, as usual .
 
Suddenly getting a dose of Johnny's Entertainment, I really miss KAT-TUN now. . .

Allow me to be selfish since this is MY post .

Seunghyun oppa, you've come a long way since your debut (and overweight self) . Big Bang is now the most famous group in Korea, and I'm really proud of you, for playing such a prominent role, in such a successful group. Big Bang introduced me and opened my eyes to the Korean music industry with Haru Haru . I had always been boycotting the Kpop scene since gosh, lord knows when, but it was Big Bang, who showed me the beauty of it. For that, I really thank you, for bringing me into a world I never knew.

You bring joy into my life, some may say the love I have for you is really superficial, but in the big picture, you make me happy, more than you know, and more than other people understand . Seeing you rap, sing and act is something I look forward to everyday, and keeps me going even at some low points in my life . 

I may not be one of those fans, who send you presents, but I love you in my own way . Hopefully, if you do read this message, you will understand that there are many people who love you . Eventhough Big Bang may not have many fans who vote for them in competitions and such, but trust me, many people love you, and the whole group . When you are feeling down, remember that you are not someone worthless, for no one is worthless . You've made many people happy, including myself, and for that, you should be proud of yourself . 

Hope you have another great year ~ Put in effort into whatever path you choose to follow but please don't work too hard, because as much as I get a kick from seeing your sexy eyes in basically everything you do; I don't want you to faint again like you did last time . Please, I'm having SPM, it'll be too much to bear .

So, once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHOI SEUNGHYUN OPPA !
